Determinación de glucosa. Estudio comparativo de dos métodos
Abstract
Se hace un estudio, en nuestro laboratorio, basado en la determinación simultánea de 6 000 glicemias, 3 000 con el método de la glucosa-oxidasa y 3 000 con el método de la ortotoloidina, y se demuestra que ambos métodos son útiles para la determinación de gli- cemia y que aunque en los dos métodos la determinación se realiza directamente sobre el suero, el método de la glucosa-oxidasa es el recomendable, pues es más específico, menos laborioso y menos tóxico que el método de la ortotoloidina. Se informa que ambos métodos utilizan reactivos de importación.Downloads
