Algunas consideraciones sobre la fatiga. Revisión bibliográfica
Abstract
Se presenta este trabajo como resumen de otros anteriores, al estudiar la fatiga y su relación con la frecuencia crítica de fusión, la frecuencia cardíaca y el ácido láctico. Se plantea que cuando el trabajo se realiza en aerobiosls, hay un ligero aumento del ácido láctico en niveles aeróbicos, así como también- de la frecuencia crítica de fusión. Se Informa que cuando el esfuerzo realizado llega a la anaeroblosis, el ácido láctico aumenta y la frecuencia crítica de fusión disminuye, como resultado de una inhibición central al nivel de la formación reticular.Downloads
