Lipoproteínas y Eípidos séricos en pacientes menores de 40 años con cardiopatía coronaria
Abstract
Se estudian las lipoproteínas y lípidos séricos en 33 pacientes menores de 40 años de edad, luego de 2 años de haber sufrido un infarto agudo del miocardio. Se encuentran alteraciones en un número considerable de ellos. Se presentan concentraciones superiores que las aceptadas para su grupo de edad para las siguientes variables: colesterol total 14 (42,4%); triglicéridos 7 (21,2%); colesterol-LDL 8 (24,2%); relación colesterol total, colesterol-HDL 7 (21,2%). Se indica que los fenotipos de Liperlipoproteinemia más frecuentes encontrados fueron: Tipo lia, 4 (12,1%); tipo IIb, 3 (9,0%); Tipo IV, 3 (9,0%). Se observa en los resultados un insuficiente control terapéutico sobre al menos uno de los factores de riesgo coronario reconocidos.Downloads
