Factores de pronóstico en la enfermedad meningocócica. Revisión bibliográfica
Abstract
Se revisa la bibliografía nacional y extranjera sobre los factores de mal pronóstico en la enfermedad meningocócica y se expresa el concepto de los mismos. Se señala la utilidad que representan estos factores para valorar las evoluciones de los enfermos, compararlas y unificar criterios. Se dividen dichos factore s en clínicos, de laboratorio y relacionados con secuelas siconeurológicas. Se hace un resumen de los mismos. Se plantea que al visitar los hospitales, los miembros de la Comisión Nacional detectan que en las historias clínicas revisadas por ellos no aparecen estos factores comentados ni anotados en las evoluciones, a pesar de estar normado por el MINSAP.Downloads
