Encefalomalacia quística múltiple. Presentación de tres casos con énfasis en su diagnóstico angiográfico
Abstract
Se presentan los tres primeros casos de encefalomalacia quística múltiple confirmados angiográficamente en el país. Se discute la patogénesis y las características vasográficas encontradas en los pacientes y se intenta una ordenación de los signos radiológicos más sobresalientes y característicos, de manera de poder diferenciarlos de los que aparecen en la hidrocefalia infantil común. Se señala la posible concomitancia de encefalomalacia quística múltiple y anomalía morfocinética de estructuras mediales en un caso, como explicación de la disposición "en abanico” de las arterias pericallosas.Downloads
