Tromboembolismo pulmonar y arteriografía pulmonar selectiva
Abstract
Se recogen los resultados obtenidos en diez pacientes en los que clínicamente se planteaba la posibilidad de enfermedad tromboembóllca pulmonar y se les realizó arteriografía pulmonar selectiva. Se analiza la frecuencia de esta entidad en nuestro medio y otros países. Se plantea el pobre valor en el diagnóstico positivo de los exámenes habituales d{jr laboratorio y el estudio radiográfico simple. Se valora el uso de isótopos radiactivos. Se plantea la alta especificidad de la arteriografía pulmonar selectiva en el diagnóstico positivo de la enfermedad tromboembólica pulmonar.Downloads
