Diagnóstico de la hipertensión secundaria. (Revisión bibliográfica)
Abstract
Hicimos una revisión con 67 citas bibliográficas de la hipertensión arterial secundaria. Se resaltó la importancia de un método de estudio aplicable a pacientes hipertensos seleccionados para el despistaje de los casos secundarios, en especial los potencialmente curables. Presentamos una clasificación bastante completa de las causas de hipertensión secundaria. Abordamos cada uno de los grupos etiológicos con un enfoque diagnóstico. Una revisión de los métodos de investigación y de los criterios diagnósticos para cada variedad de hipertensión secundaria, fue realizada.Downloads
