Organización del servicio antirreumático de la URSS
Abstract
Las afecciones reumáticas siguen siendo enfermedades frecuentes y serias en nuestro medio.1’2 Su gravedad reside, sólo en su extensión, sino en que pueden causar importantes lesiones del aparato cardiovascular, con una notable disminución de la capacidad laboral de estos pacientes, la invalidez o la muerte prematura. El problema de la cardiopatía y fiebre reumáticas es particularmente actual en la niñez y adolescencia. Según diferentes autores, la incidencia de la fiebre reumática en la URSS oscila entre 1,5 y 4%.2~6 Todo esto lleva a consideraciones socioeconómicas, por las pérdidas que ocasiona a la economía nacional.Downloads
