Enfermedad de Paget y mieloma múltiple: evolución final hacia un síndrome linfoproliferativo indiferenciado. Reporte de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta un nuevo caso en el que coexisten la enfermedad de Paget y el mieloma múltiple, el cual evolucionó finalmente hacia un síndrome linfoproliferativo indiferenciado. Se hace una revisión de los posibles factores involucrados en esta asociación y se analizan los factores a favor y en contra de la coexistencia fortuita o de la transformación.Downloads
