CPK: Valor en el infarto del miocardio
Abstract
Se determinó la actividad enzimática de la CPK total a veintitrés pacientes que presentaron infarto miocárdico agudo, y se observó la elevación de ésta en todos los pacientes. Se observó que las elevaciones son mayores al ingreso, que las encontradas a las 16 y 24 horas. Llama la atención que en los pacientes en que hubo más elevación tardía de la CPK o que la misma no regresó a niveles normales fueron en quienes existió complicación o se detectó nueva necrosis miocárdica. Existe un paciente con hemorragia sub- aracnoidea que no es evaluable, ya que no se realizó isoenzima. Hubo solamente dos pacientes (los casos 15 y 16) que mantuvieron los niveles elevados sin que se detectaran estos factores mencionados.Downloads
