Psicosis delirantes crónicas no esquizofrénicas. Estudio de nueve casos

Abstract

Se señala un aumento en la incidencia de delirios crónicos no esquizofrénicos. Se hace un resumen delas hojas clínicas de 9 pacientes diagnosticados como tales en un período de un año, observando que la mayoría de estos delirios son imaginativos y quedan encuadrados nosográficamente dentro de las parafrenias, aunque pudiera ser en el fondo histerias. El caso diagnosticado como delirio alucinatoriocrónico parece ser una histeria de base.
