Reflejos cardiorrenales en ratas: El componente cardíaco antes y después del bloqueo de los adrenorreceptores
Abstract
Se estudia el componente cardíaco de los reflejos cardiorrenales en 60 ratas adultas, a las que se provocó hlpervolemia con dextrosa al 5%, antes y después del bloqueo de los alfa y beta-adrenorreceptores. La hlpervolemia provocó disminución significativa de la frecuencia cardíaca. El bloqueo de los beta-adrenorreceptores provocó una caída significativa de la frecuencia cardíaca mayor que la de los alfa adrenorreceptores; mientras que el bloqueo de ambos adrenorreceptores no provocó cambios significativos de la frecuencia cardíaca después de la hipervolemia.Downloads
