Enfoque clinicoterapéutico actual de la hipertensión arterial maligna
Abstract
Se revisan los riesgos que corren los enfermos con hipertensión arterial maligna (HAM), así como las diferentes medidas que deben adoptarse para mejorar el pronóstico tan sombrío de esta entidad. El método de tratamiento tiene como objetivo el control de las cifras de presión diastólicas alrededor de 95 mm de Hg teniendo como premisas el ser precoz, enérgico y eficaz. Se mencionan los diferentes regímenes terapéuticos, y se concluye que el tratamiento actual está basado en el trípode: vasodilatador potente, bloqueador beta y depleción sódica.Downloads
