Impersistencia motora y apraxia constructiva como expresión de lesión parietal de hemisferio no dominante
Abstract
Se reporta un caso de síndrome de impersistencia motora con apraxia constructiva, haciendo una revisión histórica de este cuadro clínico y la descripción de los elementos que lo componen junto con la forma de explorarlos. Se discute la significación neurosicológica de estos fenómenos, revisando las interpretaciones que sobre ellos se han hecho hasta ahora.
