Diabetes mellitus y otras enfermedades inmunológicas. Descripción de un paciente
Abstract
Nuestro paciente, diabético insulinodependiente presentó antes de que esta enfermedad fuera diagnosticada y tratada, alteraciones que condicionaron despigmentación de la piel y trastornos de la función tiroidea y, por último, se le diagnosticó la anemia perniciosa. Esto sugiere la existencia de un terreno propicio para la presentación progresiva ele cuatro enfermedades en un mismo paciente, y es probable que la asociación de estos procesos patológicos, los cuales tienen una patogenia Inmunológica reconocida, no sea casual, sino que pudiesen representar un ejemplo de la existencia de un denominador común entre las enfermedades que afectan los distintos sistemas o aparatos.Downloads
