Hiperparatiroidismo primario con urolitiasis. Valor de la prueba de infusión de calcio
Abstract
Se estudian los efectos de la infusión endovenosa de calcio sobre las concentraciones de calcio y fosforo plasmatico, así como la fracción de excreción de fósforo (Cp/Ccr en un paciente con hiperparatiroidismo primario. Los resultados demuestran una hiperfosfaturia consecutiva a la infcisión de calcio, lo cual ha sido atribuido a una autonomía de la glándula paratiroides. Esta pruebe es de gran valor en el diagnóstico indirecto de HPTP, tanto en los pacientes que evolucionan con hipercdcemia, como a los que presentan un calcio plasmático en el límite superior del rango normal.Downloads
