Enfermedad de Parry Romberg
Abstract
Se presentan cuatro pacientes con enfermedad o síndrome de P.irry Romberg (hemiatrofia facial progresiva); enfermedad descrita dusde 1825, que por su poca frecuencia, resulta de mucho interés ara los |óvenes médicos y estudiantes de medicina. En tres pacientes la mandíbula del lado afecto era menos voluminosa, demostrando con ello que la afección había comenzado antes efe conhuirse el crecimiento. En un caso se constató una anisocoria con la pupila mayor del ludo afectado y nistagmo en el ojo contrario. El neumoencefalograma fue normal en ties de los pacientes v en uno pudo observar que había un moderado aumento del tamaño ventricular el lado afectado. Se realiza revisión de la literatura al respecto.Downloads
