Electrocardiografía en la distrofia muscular progresiva. Informe de tres hermanos
Abstract
Se presentan los casos de tres hermanos con distrofia muscular progresiva (DfvTP), y se plantea que su observación a lo largo de estos dos últimos años justifica que se estudie esta entidad desde el punto de vista clínico, enzimático y, sobre todo, electrocardio- gráfico; se exponen los hallazgos de los trazados en estos tres enfermos y que contaron con la biopsia de músculos, electromiograf ía y estudio enzimático, que concluye si diagnóstico de esta afección. Se revisa el tema y se comparan con los resultados obtenidos en este estudio.Downloads
