Telangiectasia hemorrágica familiar. Estudio en una familia de 90 miembros
Abstract
Se estudian, en su domicilio, 90 integrantes de 4 generaciones de una familia que presentan una telangiectasia hemorrágica familiar. Se comprueban manifestaciones de la enfermedad en el 47% de sus miembros. No encontramos diferencia significativa en relación con el sexo. Se exponen las manifestaciones clínicas de la enfermedad, las que aparecen predominantemente en las dos primeras décadas de la vida. La principal forma de presentación fue la epistaxis. No se comprobó la presencia de fístula arteriovenosa pulmonar en ningún paciente y en tres de éstos se constató hipoplasia de las uñas.Downloads
