Valor de la diurotiazida en el paciente con litiasis idiopática cálcica
Abstract
Esta investigación la hemos realizado para determinar el valor de la diurotiazida en el tratamiento de la litiasis cálcica idiopática y los efectos secundarios que pueden derivarse durante un tratamiento prolongado. Se estudian 39 pacientes que presentan litiasis cálcica idiopática bajo tratamiento con diurotiazida. La calciurla de 24 horas presentó una disminución muy significativa durante el tratamiento 'con fiícffoclorotiacida. Los valores de fósforo, sodio y potasio urinario no presentaron variaciones ostensibles. Los índices calcio-fósforo en orina no presentaron diferencias significativas. Los valores de ácido úrico sanguíneo presentaron un aumento significativo a los 6 meses, sin necesidad de llegar a realizar tratamiento con alopurinol.Downloads
