Fosfato inorgánico por Fiske-Subbarow. Comparación de macro y micrométodo
Abstract
Se realiza la determinación de fosfatos inorgánicos en 20 sueros de pacientes diferentes, usando el método de Fiske-Subbarow modificado y reduciendo muestras y reactivos 10 veces, obteniendo un índice de prueba t de 0,0428, por lo que se llegó a la conclusión de que ambos pueden usarse con iguales resultados.Downloads
