Asociación de una leucemia linfoblástica tipo T con una histocitosis hemofagocítica
Abstract
Se describe un paciente que tenía la asociación de una leucemia linfoblástica de la variedad T con una histiocitosis hemofagocítica. Se señala que las enfermedades flemáticas asociadas con histiocitosis han sido leucemias linfoides agudas, leucemias linfoides crónicas, enfermedad de Hodgkin, leucemia mielomonocítica aguda y linfoma de Lennert. Las opiniones en cuanto a la naturaleza de !a asociación se encuentran divididas. Unos autores apoyan el carácter reaccional benigno de la histiocitosis, mientras que otros la consideran una condición maligna. Se comentan las diferentes hipótesis emitidas para tratar de explicar esta asociación.Downloads
