Hipoglicemia como manifestación de sepsis bacteriana grave
Abstract
Se revisan los protocolos de necropsia y las historias clínicas (HC) da los pacientes con sepsis severa, diagnosticados en nuestro centro en un período de tres años [1977-1979). Se obtuvieron las cifras de glicemia que coincidieran con el cuadro clínico más expresivo de sepsis severa. Se establece la importancia de la hipoglicemia en la evolución y complicación de los cuadros sépticos, y se insiste en la necesidad de esta investigación durante las enfermedades infecciosas. Se hacen comparaciones de nuestros resultados con los obtenidos en otras investigaciones.Downloads
