Pielonefritis asintomática. Hallazgos en 12 enfermos
Abstract
Se estudiaron 600 estudiantes becarios entre 6 y 22 años, con cultivo de orina. Se detectaron 12 enfermos con bacteriuna asintomática significativa. A estos Ies fue realizado urograma descendente y cistografía miccional, que demostró alteraciones genitourinarias en 75 y 17% respectivamente. La biopsia renal confirmó el diagnóstico en el 40% de las muestras útiles, el estudio radiológico fue además útil para la realización de biopsias.Downloads
