Antigenicidad de los linfocitos y hematíes del grupo B
Abstract
Al no existir linfocitotoxicldad y sí llsis Je los hematíes por isoanticuerpos y activación de la cascada enzlmática, se trata de precisar si existían diferencias en el contenido anti- genico de los linfocitos y hematíes del grupo B. Para ello se utilizó la hemaglutinación, la adsorción selectiva y la inhibición de la hemaglutinación. Se puede concluir que el número de determinantes de ambas células es aproximadamente el mismo.Downloads
