Aspectos clínicos de la hemorragia cerebelosa espontánea

Abstract

Se revisan 10 casos de pacientes fallecidos por presentar hemorragia cerebelosa espontánea, seleccionados del archivo del laboratorio de neuropatología del Instituto de Neurología y Neurocirugía. Se analizan las manifestaciones clínicas que presentaron este grupo de enfermos, y se comparan con estudios realizados en otros hospitales. Se señalan la importancia de establecer rápidamente el diagnóstico de esta afección, para modificar favorablemente su evolución mortal con el tratamiento quirúrgico oportuno.
