Reversibilidad de la microangiopatía diabética periférica
Abstract
Se realiza un ensayo clínico controlado, en 46 pacientes diabéticos del tipo adulto, diri gido a conocer el efecto de algunos medicamentos sobre la microangiopatía periférica. Una evolución más favorable con índices de reversibilidad significativamente más elevados, pudo apreciarse entre los pacientes que, además del tratamiento con hipoglicemiantes orales, recibieron durante dos años consecutivos aspirina, vitamina C o tiroides desecado, que entre aquéllos que recibieron hipoglicemiantes orales exclusivamente. Se señala el carácter preliminar de estas conclusiones y la necesidad de estudios ul teriores más profundos.Downloads
