Valor de la prueba de parche en dermatitis por contacto
Abstract
Se estudian 42 pacientes de uno y otro sexos, quienes presentaban dermatitis por contacto, con la finalidad u objetivo de obtener el diagnóstico del origen o causa, lo que se logró a través del interrogatorio y examen físico, y fue confirmado por la prueba de parche, la que nos ofreció un valor de confianza del 100%. Se analizan las ventajas de esta prueba, así como su bajo costo de producción y su fácil realización en cualquier lugar. Se ofrecen valores positivos de la lectura en cruces y se explica en detalle cómo se hace en la práctica diaria.Downloads
