Fibrinólisis en las leucemias agudas
Abstract
Se estudiaron distintos parámetros del sistema fibrinolitico en 17 pacientes con diferentes tipos de leucemias agudas. Trece pacientes mostraron todas las investigaciones normales, mientras que en cuatro se encontraron algunas pruebas alteradas. En un paciente los hallazgos clínicos, de laboratorio y necrópsico, son compatibles con una coagulación intravascular diseminada. En una paciente en que se observó hiperfibrinogenemia se consideró secundaria a un proceso séptico. Se analizan los resultados encontrados en dos pacientes con leucemia linfocítica aguda, relacionándolos con signos de mal pronóstico.Downloads
