Estudio experimental y clínico del efecto pigmentante epidérmico del extracto placentario humano
Abstract
Se demuestra que la aplicación tópica de un extracto hidroalcohólico de placenta humana al 50% (p X v) sobre la piel del pezón y la areola de curíeles produce hiperpigmentación por aumento de la síntesis local de melanina; conjuntamente se confirma la utilidad de dicho extracto como recurso terapéutico en el vitÍligo, mediante un estudio clínico realizado durante cuatro años, en el cual, de 200 pacientes tratados tópicamente, se obtuvo repigmentación total o parcial en 168, lo cual confiere al producto una eficacia del 84%.Downloads
