Leucemia linfoide crónica. Estudio inmunológico
Abstract
Se estudiaron ¡nmunológicamente veinte pacientes con leucemia linfoide crónica. Dieciocho se comportaron en la forma habitual de las variantes de tipo B. Los valores de las células T expresados en porcentaje estaban descendidos, pero las cifras absolutas se encontraban aumentadas. En igual forma se comportaron los linfocitos con receptores para Cih. La respuesta a la fitohemaglutinina (PHA) se halló disminuida y la mayoría de los casos tenían disminución por lo menos de una inmunoglobulina sérica principalmente la IgM. Un enfermo con una variante T (roseta E 70-79% y roseta EAC 2-33%) se estudió en dos ocasiones. Se observó un paciente con valores elevados de ambos receptores (roseta E 72% y roseta EAC 57%). En estos dos casos la transformación blástica con PHA era normal. Se discuten las principales alteraciones inmunológicas cuantitativas y funcionales informadas en la leucemia linfoide crónica.Downloads
