Técnicas de rosetas. Su aplicación en pacientes con alteraciones inmunológicas
Abstract
Se estudiaron distintos factores que pueden influir en la técnica de la roseta espontánea (roseta E): el medio de cultivo, el anticoagulante, la acción del suero humano en el medio, el comportamiento de eritrocitos de carnero de distinta procedencia, los tiempos de incubación a 37°C y la relación linfocito-eritrocitos de carnero. Se hallaron diferencias significativas en la influencia del anticoagulante, los tiempos de incubación y la relación linfocito-eritrocitos de carnero. Se informan los resultados obtenidos con la roseta E y la roseta inmune usando eritrocitos recubiertos de anticuerpos y complemento (roseta EAC) en un grupo de sujetos normales (niños y adultos), así como en algunos pacientes con infecciones recurrentes.Downloads
