Marcadores biológicos en la enfermedad de Hodgkin. I. Poblaciones linfoides T y B en sangre periférica y ganglios linfáticos

Abstract

Se estudian los marcadores inmunolóc|icos de poblaciones linfoides de sangre periférica (37 muestras) y ganglio linfático (32 muestras) de pacientes con enfermedad de Hodgkin. Los marcadores utilizados fueron rosetas E, EA, y EAC, e inmunofluorescencia directa de linfocitos con un suero antinmunoglobulinas humanas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran un perfil de población linfoide de esta enfermedad, de linfocitos lgSC+ normales en sangre periférica, así como Eadr, EA y EAC aumentados y Ebdr disminuidos. En ganglio, los linfocitos lgSC+ aparecen aumentados, Eadr, EA y EAC con valores similares a los de sangre periférica, y Ebdr se hallan disminuidos.
