Neoplasia del pulmón en el sexo femenino. Informe de 207 casos
Abstract
Se revisan 805 historias clínicas de pacientes que presentan neoplasia del pulmón durante los años 1973 a 1978, y se encuentran 207 casos pertenecientes al sexo femenino, lo cual constituye el universo de nuestro trabajo. En el mismo, se analizaron los siguientes parámetros: edad, sexo, antecedentes patoló-gicos familiares y personales, hábitos tóxicos, síntomas, enfermedades asociadas, sitios de "predilección" de las metástasis, exámenes de laboratorio, radiográficos e hísticos y el tratamiento practicado. Los resultados se expresan en cuadros. Se revisa la literatura a nuestro alcance, tanto nacional como interna-cional, y se establecen comparaciones.Downloads
