Hemodiálisis: análisis de 621 tratamientos realizados

Abstract

Se exponen algunos aspectos de la experiencia en la realización de 621 hemodiálisis en el servicio de nefrología del hospital militar central "Dr Luis Díaz Soto", y se informan resultados satisfactorios en el tratamiento de pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica terminal, en espera del trasplante, en la necrosis tubular aguda postrasplante, en los pacientes con insuficiencia renal aguda y en los pacientes con coma barbitúrico. Las complicaciones técnicas fueron escasas y ligeras y la hipotensión fue la complicación clínica más frecuente. Se destaca el hecho de que ningún paciente falleció durante el tratamiento ni por causa de éste.
