Valoración de las pruebas de Master doble y las de esfuerzo submáximo en pacientes con angina de pecho
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio en 25 pacientes a quienes se les diagnosticó clínicamente angina de pecho, con electrocardiograma en reposo. A todos se les realizó pruebas de Master doble y de esfuerzo submáximo en bicicleta ergométrica, para determinar el valor de las mismas en el diagnóstico de la cardiopatía isquémica y conocer cuál de ellas es más susceptible de mostrar alteraciones electrocardiográfícas de tipo isquémico. Llegamos a la conclusión que en un porcentaje muy significativo de los pacientes estudiados se logra demostrar el diagnóstico clínico de cardiopatía Isquémica. Señalamos a las pruebas de esfuerzo submáximo en bicicleta ergométrica como las más sensibles. Se señala además, la relación de los factores de riesgo coronario con el resultado de las pruebas.Downloads
