Tiroides lingual: diagnóstico y tratamiento
Abstract
Se presenta el resultado del estudio de 5 pacientes a quienes les diagnosticaron tiroides lingual. 3 de ellos menores de 14 años y los 2 restantes adultos. Se demostró hipotiroi- dismo clínico y humoralmente en un caso. La dificultad en la deglución fue el motivo de consulta más común. En todos los pacientes se utilizó el tratamiento médico-hormonal con tiroides desecado, con resultados satisfactorios. Se destaca el valor de la gamma- grafía tiroidea en el diagnóstico de esta afección.Downloads
