Fibrosarcoma pleural, causa poco frecuente de síndrome mediastinal
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados clínicos y “patológicos” del estudio de un paciente (HC 318813) con síndrome mediastinal; cuyo diagnóstico final anatomopatológico fue fibrosarcoma pleural. Se revisa la bibliografía en relación con los tumores mediastinales de origen mesenquimatoso; en especial; el fibrosarcoma pleural. Se señala el aumento evolutivo en su incidencia en otros países y se discute su posible asociación con la exposición al asbesto.Downloads
