Tipaje tisular HL-A. Su empleo en el trasplante renal disponiendo de un pequeño grupo de receptores. Análisis de 169 casos
Abstract
Se estudian 169 primeros trasplantes renales realizados en el Instituto de Nefrología de La Habana, entre 1970 y 1977. De ellos 80 fueron realizados entre 1970 y 1973 sólo empleando estudio del sistema ABO para establecer la compatibilidad, y 89 realizados entre 1973 y 1977, cuando había la posibilidad de realizar estudios del sistema HL-A. El 48% de injertos funcionantes a los 2 años de efectuados en el primer grupo y el 62% en el segundo grupo, ofrecen diferencias significativas. Los casos más compatibles para el sistema HL-A con 2 y 3 compatibilidades arrojan el 90% de injertos funcionantes a los 2 años contra el 40% en los menos compatibles. Se utilizó para ello una metodología concebida en Cuba. La base teórica de esta metodología es expuesta en este trabajo y fue denominada "Teoría de integración funcional del Sistema HL-A".Downloads
