Heredoataxias. Estudio neuropatológico de tres casos
Abstract
Se estudian tres casos fallecidos, de nuestra larga serie, del norte de la provincia de Oriente. Se observó que, aún cuando las lesiones más avanzadas corresponden a la corteza cerebelosa, oliva bulbar y núcleos propios del puente, también son evidentes en la corteza cerebral, sustancia nigra, médula espinal y nervios periféricos. Se plantea la hi-pótesis de que en estos casos actúe un elemento agresor (?) no tan específico y que el factor genético determine una escala de susceptibilidad causante de la seudosistematización del proceso.Downloads
