Aspectos evolutivos de hepatitis crónica activa

Abstract

Se analiza la evolución de 43 pacientes con diagnóstico de hepatitis crónica activa, desde los puntos de vista clínico, humoral, laparoscópico e hístico, en períodos comprendidos entre 6 meses y 6 años. Se observa que ninguno de los pacientes estudiados evolucionó hacia formas más graves de la enfermedad; el 64% de ellos mostraron mejoría hística. entre los cuales, 8 pacientes presentaron evolutivamente una imagen hístíca compatible con hepatitis crónica persistente y 3 no mostraron alteraciones en la biopsia hepática evolutiva. Desde el punto de vista clínico, la astenia y el dolor en hipocondrio derecho fueron los síntomas que con mayor frecuencia persistieron evolutivamente. El tratamiento de los pacientes estudiados consistió en la administración de medicamentos hepatoprotectores y régimen hígieno-dietético.
