Hepatitis crónica persistente. Evolución
Abstract
Se estudiaron 76 casos de HCP cuyo diagnóstico se confirmó a través de la laparoscopia y la biopsia hepática. Se realizan nuevas observaciones dentro de la literatura, que hacen alusión a trabajos donde se señala la evolución de esta enfermedad hacia la forma agresiva, e incluso a la cirrosis hepática. Desde el año 1971, nuestro servicio ha estudiado la evolución de esta entidad, tanto desde el punto de vista clínico y humoral como a través de la endocopia y biopsia hepática, contando con una casuística significativamente importante, que nos permite mostrar nuestra experiencia en el estudio de esta hepatopatía.Downloads
