Hallazgos endoscópicos en 100 laparoscopias realizadas en la República Socialista de Viet-Nam
Abstract
Se presentan los hallazgos endoscópicos en 100 laparoscopias realizadas en el Hospital do la Amistad Viet Nam-Cuba (R.S.V.), destacándose el elevado porcentaje de pacientes afectos de cirrosis hepática y de neoplasia primitiva de hígado, la mayor parte de las cuales estaban injertadas sobre hígados cirróticos. Se evidencian las ventajas de la exploración endoscópica en el diagnóstico positivo de las afecciones hepatobiliares, así como las posibilidades de practicar una terapéutica dirigida en algunas afecciones como el absceso hepático a través del drenaje mediante punciones y la instilación medicamentosa posteriormente.
