Bloqueo auriculoventricular completo crónico situado dentro del haz de His. Su demostración por medio del electrograma del haz de His. Informe de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta el caso de una paciente con bloqueo cardíaco intrahislano cuyo diagnóstico y localización topográfica se realizó mediante electrograma del haz de His. Se analizan las características morfológicas típicas del electrograma en este tipo de bloqueo y se hace una revisión de los pocos casos publicados en la literatura médica mundial de pacientes portadores de esta enfermedad.Downloads
