Estudio de subpoblaciones linfoides humanas
Abstract
Se estudian las poblaciones linfoides en 30 donantes sanos mediante diferentes marcadores de linfocitos T y B. Se discuten los resultados de las rosetas E totales y de la alta densidad de receptores. Se discuten los resultados de linfocitos B totales y las diferencias encontradas con cada método de cuantificación; no es excluye la posibilidad de que diferencias menores puedan tener una base geográfica. Se analiza la utilidad resultante del uso de verografín en la preparación de células linfoides para estudios de inmunidad.Downloads
