Alteraciones electrocardiográficas en el curso de la arteriografía pulmonar
Abstract
Se describe en forma breve, el desarrollo histórico de las técnicas llevadas a cabo para lograr la opacificación del árbol vascular pulmonar y algunas de ellas. Se señalan las indicaciones fundamentales de la arteriografía pulmonar selectiva, y se dividen en electivas y urgentes. Son indicados también algunos modelos de catéteres empleados con frecuencia, los materiales y equipos empleados en este estudio, así como el número y tipo de pacientes estudiados. Se señala la técnica de premedicación empleada en 11 de estos pacientes. Se describen los métodos de estudio de la actividad eléctrica cardíaca de nuestros pacientes y los resultados obtenidos en el curso de las 20 arteriografías realizadas; se desglosan los porcentajes de los distintos tipos de arritmias encontradas. Se discuten algunos hechos relacionados y se ofrecen nueve conclusiones.Downloads
