Arteriografía pulmonar Nuestras experiencias
Abstract
Se realiza una introducción teórica en la que se señalan algunos datos acerca de la historia de las técnicas arteríográficas intrapulmonares. Se señalan algunos datos de importancia acerca de las indicaciones y de los medios técnicos necesarios para llevarla a efecto. Se informa la realización de diez arteriografías pulmonares en el Instituto de Angiología y se describen los elementos técnicos y los métodos empleados. Se hace una breve descripción de los resultados obtenidos en los diez pacientes, se señalan las indicaciones y contraindicaciones básicas de la técnica, y se enfatiza su ventaja como elemento diagnóstico del tromboembolismo pulmonar. Se destaca el bajo índice de complicaciones existentes cuando se realiza un adecuado trabajo en equipo por parte de radiólogos, anestesiólogos, intensivistas y técnicos.Downloads
