Disfunción plaquetaria en la enfermedad de Kahler. A propósito de dos observaciones
Abstract
Se informa el estudio realizado a dos pacientes portadores de mieloma múltiple IgG, con cadenas ligeras de tipo Kappa. Ambos casos mostraban sangramiento y alteraciones de la coagulación, relacionados con trastornos de la función plaquetaria, que pueden ser clasificados como una tromboastenia trombopática adquirida. Se plantea que durante el período de tratamiento se evaluó la evolución de la enfermedad y se consideró la función desempeñada por la paraproteína en la disfunción plaquetaria. Se sugiere que otros factores que también pueden ser modificados por los citostáticos, estaban presentes en uno de nuestros pacientes.Downloads
