La comunidad terapéutica en la apreciación del paciente psiquiátrico
Abstract
En nuestro estudio se exponen criterios operativos sobre la comunidad terapéutica, los principios de su estructuración, objetivos y ventajas. Se propone utilizar sus fundamentos en instituciones no psiquiátricas, y se valora la apreciación de los enfermos sobre la utilidad del micromedio comunitario, actividades preferidas y procedencia de la ayuda recibida. Los resultados ratifican las ventajas de canalizar las potencialidades terapéuticas de los integrantes no médicos del medio institucional.Downloads
