Ácido acetilsalicílico en el tratamiento del infarto cardíaco
Abstract
Se informan los resultados obtenidos, en el transcurso de más de tres años, con el uso del ácido acetilsalicílico (aspirina), en dosis de 2 a 4 gramos diarios en un total de 87 enfermos de infarto cardíaco; se comparan los resultados con los obtenidos en 96 enfermos que no recibieron el medicamento. Se plantea haber logrado una respuesta semejante a cuando se utilizan anticoagulantes por vía parenteral u oral, conocidos. Se señala como ventaja, el no haber observado accidentes hemorrágicos fatales, ni existir necesidad de control periódico con determinaciones de tiempos de coagulación, sangramiento y de protrombina, durante el tratamiento.Downloads
